Kodak cx7330 - camera is

kodak cx7330 - camera is about 3 years old and the flash is malfunctioning, makes an unsual noise and takes a stark picture, eg. black objects become washed out/white. Can this be fixed cheaply?

I have sony H-7 new camera,when i am taking picture with flash there was noise of like spark during the flash on and sometime due to excessive light the picture comes too bright or white,I There any problem with camera or it is normal
