I have an electrilux wine cooler that stopped running, I clearned out the dust etc but it still won't run. Does it have a reset switch if it overheated due to the dust on the condensors?

Check your thermostat setting, if the setting is ok then something wrong with your thermostat control.

SOURCE: Haier Wine Cooler

Hi LinnieMcAdam,

I'm Harvey the Master Plumber.

Your question is: Where can you find a 10 Watt replacement light bulb for your Haier Wine Cooler?

I usually have success at the hardware store. Start there. Then you can try the store where you bought it or call Haier.

there should be a drain pan that you will periodically remove. Condensate (water) is a normal byproduct of all refrigeration devices. Also look for a drain fitting that you can run to a waste line.

If nothing runs but the light is on then change the thermostat. #2767-1 and you can find a part from a distributor. To find one visit www.u-line.com and under customer service you will see parts locator

Why does my wine cooler run too cold?

If after adjusting your thermostat to desired temp and is still cooling. The thermostat is bad or your relay is bad
If you disconnect the thermostat and the compressor stops it most likely a bad thermostat
If you disconnect the relay from
The thermostat and it stay running it is the relay. It is sticking
If possible store you wine somewhere else and shut the unit down and unplug for 10 to 20 minutes this may cause some melt of condensation some water may be on the floor if is to cold
This may also reset the system.

Temperature in both upper and lower zones will not go lower than 50F. Cooler has 3 bottles of wine. Is there away to recharge with coolant/clean fans...? Thank you

The condenser coils dissipate heat. If dust and debris accumulate around the coils, your refrigerator may not be able to cool properly, it may run continuously or it may stop completely as a result of an overheated compressor.

Before cleaning the condenser coils, unplug the refrigerator to avoid a shock hazard.

Vacuum or brush the coils. If coils have a filmy build-up, use warm soapy water to clean them. Take care not to spill or drip water onto the components of the refrigerator.

Haier HVTB18DaBB Wine Cooler has stopped working. It was working yesterday and today it isn't.

check if it still has power, if it does check the back of the cooler to see if the fans have stopped running, you might need new fans.

Wine cooler stopped cooling

I have seen this before. Get the thermostat off and put it's 2 wires together just to SEE if the wine cooler comes on. Be careful not to let it bite ya or ground against the cabinet. If it runs then thermostat replacement needed, now how simple is that?
