Question about Sony VAIO F340 Notebook
I have a 512MB at the moment, could you tell me if I can get a 1 or 2 GB card. If so what card do I require and where do I purchase it from.
Yes you can up grade your laptop you need to view your memory card first as there so many models it could be a pc2700,pc333. any thing like that if you turn your machine over there should be a flap with screws ? if not there then will be located under key board

Use the link below to find the memory configuration for your machine. This site will give you the max memory your machine will hold, the type of memory required, the chipset and frequency that's in your machine. I'm not sure the right model was posted, I'm seeing Vaio PCG-F340. You have 512mb now, but the max memory for the PCG-F340 is 192mb? Anyway, go to the site and you will find what you're looking for.
