Both of these driver's can be obtained from http://www.laptop-software.com/acer-software/acer-aspire-5730-5730g-5730z-5730zg-driver-and-software/ If your laptop has Bluetooth capability, there will be a white sticker on the bottom with the Bluetooth logo. Some models have a switch that must be turned on to activate it. If your laptop doesn't have Bluetooth built in, you can purchase an adapter that plugs into your USB. I use http://www.dealextreme.com/p/mini-bluetooth-v3-0-usb-2-0-dongle-71248, it's about $5 with free shipping and I've never had any issues with it on my Dell.
please try to reinstall the web camera driver and try if its not helping out please reinstall your os and check ..... check in below link may its help you .....

I BOOT THE LAPTOP WITH AN UNLOCKED HDD ENTER TO THE BIOS PUT A PASSWORD YOU CAN REMEMBER SAVE AND REBOOT THEN ENTER AND TRY TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD THIS TIME ENTER YOUR PASSWORD THEN LEAVE IT IN BLANK ONE TIME AND BEFORE COMFIRM SWAP THE HDD PUT THE LOCKED ONE IN THE BAY AND COMFIRM A BLANK PASSWORD AND VOALA!!! UNLOCKED.
