Question about Gateway 450ROG Notebook
The first link shows what the status lights are, and the second is for the user guide. I believe the status light you're seeing indicates that the module is ready to swap. This refers to the modular bay or your CD drive. This is covered on page 52 of the user guide. It appears that you have hit the safely remove hardware icon, and most likely turned off the CD drive. Release and slide the drive out and put it back in. This should reset it, and the light should go off or turn green.
