Reformat player needed

I had refreshed my player and all songs were erased. I can't load songs again. It shows that I can download songs from media player but then shows error when complete and when I try to play song from the mp3 that apears to be there it shows bad track. Suggestions???

To delete songs from your device follow the steps below
You have to make sure that the device is on MSC mode...then make sure your device is plug in to the computer..Then go to programs - accesories - windows explorer, find the SanDisk in my computer, go to media, music and delete them from there.
Either under sync panel in your windows media player it will show your music when it's connected. just click the plus signs for what song you need to get rid of, right click and click delete.
To format it..on your device..go under..menu, setting and there should be a format option option there..let me know if that doenst work for you...
