Hi, dear Expert, I have purchased one HR7745 one month ago and I've used 3 times till now. It worked well but today it didn't started. Not working, no sound from , it remains silent at all the positions of rotary switch. I'm wonder what was hapenned because this damage appeared suddenly. I need some advice about repair it. If purchased "new" 6 months ago, it should still be under warranty. Call repair service....

probably a failing keypanel. may not be worth repairing as ge parts are very pricey.

You can defrost items by time but not with the Q-Defrost or Auto-Defrost functions. (I've found it best to defrost ground beef with timed intervals at power 1. Auto Defrost by weight usually starts cooking the meat. You will need to try it a few times to see how long and what power to use.)

you can check and see if there is a fuse on the microwave, if not it may have just burned out, its probably still under warranty so try to take it back for a replacement

The same thing just happened to ours which is just one year new. Waiting to hear if anyone can offer suggestions/feedback.
