DVD camcorder I was just on line with you and the session ended abrubtly

    As I have informed FixYa previously I never got a solution to try because the session with BubbaBear64 ended abruptly. I do not want my credit card charged unless I get a solution that works. Thank you.

    I only put inappropriate because I didn't know what other response to put. I absolutely realize it wasn't your fault. I didn't find any solution on the thread,only a description of page 8 of the manual. I don't know if that's the solution you were talking about.

I know. It came up with a messsage telling me someone else took the call. I think they made some software changes and it isn't working properly. I did leave a solution on your thread about the problem. Let me know if that helps.

You can credit the support session call so you don't have to pay for it. If they ask me about it I'll tell them that I was kicked out and told the call was being handled by someone else. Thats what the window said.

    This red mark is fine. With the red mark you wont get charged. Everything should be taken care of.

    I think that was the solution I came up with was from page 8 in the manual. It was posted on another thread.

Have you tried inserting the mini dvd discs into your computer's dvd drive? Some dvd drives (especially DVD writers) can read unfinalised discs. And then using a DVD writer and a DVD burning software (like Nero) you can then try to finalize the discs.

have had this problem myself and wasted many discs you need a new burner but there is a work around to this problem

just leave the disc open so that more data can be added and no more problems

How do i watch my videos on dvd


Once you complete shooting the required video finalize / Close the DVD session then you can take out the DVD and place it in the DVD drive of your computer to watch the videos recorded

The possibility of this varies from handycam to handycam but it is most likely related to the type of disk you are using.some disks can only record one session. it is important to read the instructions that came with the disk.generally disks marked 'DVD-R' can only record one session whereas disks marked DVD-RW can record several sessions and can even be erased and recorded on again as new.

The dvd cd is not playing in pc but it is playing in handicam


have u closed the session in handy cam options kindly close the session and try again if ti works pls let me know i can provide another way round if it didnt help

Copying 8mm tapes to dvd


try taking your audio and video cables from the camcorder and plugging them into the line 1 inputs of the dvd recorder try playing the camcorder and if you can see the video from the camcorder on your tv when it's plugged into the line1 of your burner then hit the record and make sure teh dvd burner is set to accept a signel form the line 1 inputs then it should record. but remembermust selsct the line 1 inputs before you start to record, by defualt they are set to tv/cable.

You can puschase the NERO program that sometimes works with most disks. The program costs around 75 dollars. Or you can Simply go to a store that sells this model camera or one that uses the disc and simply ask to try out one of the models and finalize it there, I was trying to explain a few other options in our live session before you aborted it after waiting on me to look up the possible solutions for over half an hour. I do apologise that you are unhappy about the live chat support fees.
