I tray to format Nokia E71 by 12345 code but dosen't accept this code so what i have to do for format Nokia E71 plz, could u tell me

by pressing *#7780# and giving security code it will automatically restore... default security code is 12345

Hi there! In order to format or restart your Nokia phone, you need to follow these steps:

Restart phone while holding0+3+call(green) - RESET

Restart phone while holding0+3+7+call(green) - FORMAT

If this wont work, please try this one:
*#7780# Reset to factory defaults, confirmation required (DCT4 or newer).
