Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
I have been trying to attach my Panasonic DVC (model
PV-GS320) to my HP Pavilion a6300f computer. I installed the USB option from the CD that came with the camera but the computer is still not recognizing this removable drive. I am running Vista Home Edition on the pc and was told when I bought the camera that the connection will work. Please let me know what else I can try. Thanks for any help.
Go device manager you can do it by right clicking my computer and choosing properties and then clicking on device manager expand universal serial bus controller and uninstall all host and root hub then restart the computer and see if it works
please let me know if helps

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
