Can not unlock computer. Password does not work. How can I start computer again, delete/over-ride password, to unlock and log onto computer?

What operating system are you using? If you are using windows 7 you can try.
1. Start computer and then press "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" twice at Windows Login Screen.

If it let's into his/her account, sign them out first, then delete all cookies, There is a tick Under the Email Field which says Keep Me Logged in, untick it, try logging in again and hopefully this will work. Good Luck
