How to enter talk group id,s

i want to hear to local rcmp im in victoria county nova scotia and i can hear them on cc 860.812 along with alot of other agencies , the rcmp are on digital i have the talk group id for them it is 07600 i tryed istalling it in mot system p25 but i cant seem to get it to work for me can anyone help? thank you.
