Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera
I have a DSC-W55 and recently something happened to the memory stick slot. I cannot get the memory to lock into place and stay in the camera. It just keeps springing back out...also the camera will not power on (not sure if it should without a memory stick inserted). There is a possibility that my wife may have inserted it backwards and then realized her mistake and turned it around. Perhaps one of the locking mechanisms are jammed??? Anyhow, has anyone disassembled a DSC-W55 to fix the memory slot? Thanks!
You need to replace the damaged memory slot with new one. If you know basic electronics and have tools for replacement, pls goahead.
