TI-34II Calculator can the TI-34II calculator (which we already own) be used as a graphing calculator? i'm trying to save money...

No it is not a graphing calculator. You can find some relatively cheap ones.

You can get the correlation coefficient by using the 2ND STAT key and entering data as shown and then a results screen is shown which should contain what you want.

How do I send my graph from my 84 plus silver edition to my computer?


  1. Install the TI Connect software on the computer.
  2. Connect the calculator to the computer using the Silver Link cable or the USB direct cable.
  3. Run the TI Connect software and let it recognize the Calculator.
  4. Once this is done, create the graph on the calculator, and click the screen capture button in TI Connect.
  5. Save image in jpeg format.
  6. Send it to the printer to print or insert it in a text document which you then print.

My calculator got stolen. What do I do?


Tell all your friends, in case somebody 'borrowed' it and forgot to return it. You have to report the theft to your parents, your teacher, your school principal, maybe even the police. If you cannot find it, use your money allowance to buy a new calculator.

Press [2nd] [LOG] to display the menu for logs and exponential functions. Select [LN]. Enter the (positive) number, close the right parenthesis and press [ENTER].

How do I calculate natural log of 11.5?

11.5[2nd][LOG][ln] [)] [Enter/=] result is 2.442347
Do not forget the closing parenthesis.

I need to add variables on my calculator


To save enter the number you want to save then press [STO] and the variable you want to save to.
And to use the variable you need to recall it by [RCL] button and then the variable you want to recall.
