Question about Canon imageRUNNER C3200 Copier
First verify that the fuser drawer is inserted correctly and there is no debris in the fuser connector. Also check the fuser for paper wraped around the roller. Next, enter service mode ( 'additional functions', 2&8 same time, 'additional functions') press copier->function->clear->err->ok. Then power cycle the device. NOTE: Only do this procedure ONCE! Repeatedly resetting this error can cause the fuser to melt down or even cause a fire. Allow the fuser to cool for at least 20 min before attempting again. If this does not work then there is a problem with the fuser heater or temperature sensing and a new fuser or additional repairs may be required.
