Do you have a maintenance agreement? You can verify that by calling 1-800-821-2797 and giving them your serial number. If your covered they will enter your call into the database and page the technician assigned to your area.
If you do not have an agreement, they can look up a local dealer service for you to call for repair. Also you can call Global Imaging in your area, they are Certified service providers pretty much anywhere in the US.
