red warning light comes on in my saeco vienna deluxe I just aquired this unit and to date have not been able to make a cup of coffee. All the green lights light up and coffee starts grinding but after that I get a red light, no water ever comes out yet the tank is full. the dump box is full of grinded coffee should it be? please advise. I The container is filed with whole beans..seems to me like it should be working. I did prime the unit as well. Thanks
