Question about PC Desktops
What software are you using to burn your data DVD? And Did you try burning the project a second time with the same results? If you did not try it again as you might have had a defective disk. This can also be caused by a cyclic redundancy error with one of the files you are trying to burn to the disk. To test if this is the case, create a new folder and see if you can copy all the files you are trying to burn into that new folder. If It cannot copy all the files to the new folder it will give you a cyclic redundancy error on the particular file causing the problem. Also, Make sure non of the file names are too long. Certain copy software only support file names up to a certain length
I run into this problem myself once and a while and one of the causes above are usually one of the culprits every time. If you need more help feel free to contact me and I will walk you through all the possibilities. Also, Make sure you let me know what software you are burning with as this will give me a definite solution to your problem.
