Question about Harman Kardon AVR 7000
I have a Harmon Kardon AVR 7000. I had this problem with the original unit I bought over two years ago. This occurred within a couple of months and the unit was replaced under warranty. It has now happened again with the second unit, which has worked fine until now. Is this a known issue with this receiver?
I Know that the 7000 has as issue with the dsp board .The capacitors dry up.I had to have all 36 changed .But this effected my processing. For ex.i could not play digital formats.Do the problem occur when you play a non-digital media?Like stereo?also i know that 2 ic'c need to be changed, not sure what numbers. It cost me 150 to have all that work done.Rating please
