The computer turns on but it starts to start windows nomal and when you see the windows screen starts again as if time was on for prier

if bios is passworded you will have to enter bios at start up nomal keys are f1 or f2.if hard drive password mean enter password at start screen you may have to remove hard drive and plug into pc as backup drive backup what you need then format drive put back in laptop and install windows

Windows not work with you new hardware.
1.Start windows in safe mode (press F8 before windows start).Maybe now windows recognize your new hard.
if reboot continues...
2.Insert Windows disc and start with disc.In the menu select repair start.

If the computer does not boot into Windows, you can restore the computer settings to an earlier point in time. Turn on the power and press f8 . On the Windows Advanced Boot Option screen, select Safe Mode and boot into Windows.

may be your power saving option have small time .
check in control panel power option check power shemes.set it to 20 minutes.

In safe mode, hit start button -run, and type "msconfig" in the box , hit enter.
the system configuration utility opens.
select startup tab at the top
when the startup screen opens, UNcheck all the boxes, press APPLY, then OK
the computer will prompt you to restart, when it restarts it will give you a message saying you have use the system configuration utility to change the way windows starts, this is normal. Check the box that say dont show this again and click OK.
doing this will keep the programs set to start when windows starts from starting untill you start them manually. If one of them is causing the freeze, this will make the system accessible.
Keep in mind, you may want to turn some of them back on after you get the computer going and when you do , turn them on one at a time and restart the computer after each change. this way you can identify which program is causing the problem.

all i need to say is you should try to re format or try to reinstall windows ... that's the best thing you can do about it i have same problem with it recently ....

Try another monitor.  If that doesn't work reinstall your video drivers with control panel system device manager.

In most cases, you press Clock, enter the numbers for the time, then press Clock again, or possibly press Start.

Sometimes you have to press Clock, Clear numbers, then Clock or Start.

Or Clear, Clock, numbers, then Clock or Start.

In some older models, they had a very small mechanical clock button located at the top right corner of the controller near the display window. If yours has that, press it, then the numbers, then that button again or Start.
