Question about Linksys Ultra RangePlus Wireless Routr Router
I have tried exactly what Luserb90 suggested and this is what I have so far: on hold for more than 45 minutes, accidently disconnected by 2 technicians that were having phone issues. Promised a call back 2 hours ago within 15 minutes and no call back. Have connected to Linksys live chat support and I have encountered two. One that was great with instructions that disabled all of my internet access and a second one that has put me on hold for another 12 minutes. I think I made a huge mistake getting rid of my old netgear in favor of the new space ship from Linksys. I will not make that mistake again.
