Question about PC Desktops

Dear sir/madam, I sent and e-mail to Serif Orders on the 15/7/08 requesting assistance re Registration keys etc. I have had no reply; when I attempted to reinstall PagePlus X3 in an attempt to be able to register, it denied access due to your requirements. I have had no problem registering my previous Serif products, and am now frustrated and a little annoyed at the lack of response, and my inability to obtain upgrades. No doubt, this will influence any future purchases from Serif, and I could well revert to using my American programmes. So I come to your department in an another attempt to seek help PLEASE! I did gain a product code for PagePlus X3 attached to an invoice, but nothing else, and this did not allow registration. I have thoroughly searched all my correspondence on several occasions, without response. I have no Registration Keys for: Customer ID: X61543768. PagePlus X3.Invoice No. 3869085; Dated. 28/6 Order ID. E75167078. PanoramaPlus 3ESD 3854323 16/6 X61589946 also AlbumPlus SE Pro. DrawPlus X2. If you cannot help me, could you please pass the information on? Thankyou. Noel James

    Unable to get Product Codes. None received to several programs purchased and down loaded. Did receive 1 for PhotoPlus 9. Not received for PagePlusX3, AlbumPlus SE Pro, DrawPlus X2, PanaramaPlus 3ESD, Help Please.

    As I cannot register, I do not gain upgrades etc??????????

Thank you for reply sir. The error CC3-004-00031c0e that you encountered means
that you need to re-configure your Outlook enable for you to receive your emails.

Now are you using IMAP, POP3 or Exchange service to get your emails?.
I may suggest for you to get in touch with your email providers tech support so
you can be assisted on how you can setup your Outlook properly.

When I REPLY to SOME emails I get"message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was ....... etc." But when I create a new...


If you are using email like OutlookExpress, or Windows Mail, you may have linked to multiple email address' . So when you hit Send / Recive, its checking 2 or more email adds.. If so, one of them is not setup correctly for the Outgoing server. When you create a new email, it uses your default main email address, which is apparently setup correctly. When you reply to a mail which came in on the "other" account the outgoing server setup is wrong, resulting in the message you recieve.
You should go over the server setting for each account other than your default email account.

It cannot be done except by Hotmail. If you have not forgotten your login ID and email address they can let you in by sending a new password to another email address. You will have to answer the security questions first.

You can sent wrong e-mail address. Now u can send him/her right e-mail address. Told him/her 1st one is wrong u dont need registration code.

My XP has been registered Appr 3 years ago. Recently keep asking me to Register. I have the Produckt No for my XP,Given by SONY (on the back of my PC). Could you please imform me haw to re-register with...


Normally registration is asked only when the system is reinstalled or newly installed.

Ensure that the computer is not asking registration for a different product, for example a newly installed printer, new microsoft Office etc.

If you reinstalled windows, or did some operation on the system as registry clean etc. , and you think it is a genuine registration request, you can decide to register, or ask not to have the request prompted again.

I'm trying to register my new router which was preset at the store. I provided my name and email address online, but can't complete registration. I eceived an email, but no confirmation number came.


I've never heard of a router being pre-set at the store and show me a quote of the email please. I've also never seen a confirmation # when registering a piece of hardware online. Confirmation #s are normally used when requesting assistance to show they are acknowledging your request for assistance and the requested assistance lies in specified range so they are serve you in order of request.

go to the site of the make of the nachine and add a request to them stating what you've been requesting, sure there will come a result favourable.
