Question about Philips Audio Players & Recorders
Sounds like the firmware is corrupted.
Install (if you haven't aready) and run the Philips Device Manager from the product CD.
Click on the repair option and follow the on-screen prompts.
This will format and reflash the firmware.
NOTE: PLAYER CONTENT WILL BE DELETED.
