Hi , i have problem with my laptop hp pavilion dv1000.when i chek my device manager,they have problem at other device,there is no driver there,can you help me?

This kind of depends what led to the problem, and some other factors such as operating system, physical state of the device, if you made any changes recently, etc, but you could check your device manager, or try reinstalling your device drivers, you could roll back to LKGC. Give this a shot if nothing changes post back with a little more info.

go to device manager and from there try updating the usb drive from there

They only have windows XP drivers for that series !!!

Just Try this

- Open Device Manager (in the Start search field, enter Device Manager andselect it) - The devices for which drivers did not install are shown inthe Other Devices section. - Right click on the audio device and select Update devicedriver - Select the Search automatically for updated device driver

Sounds like you're using the wrong driver,

goto Device Manager from the control panel and delete the sound & game controllers by pressing the delete key.

CHeck on HP website for latest Vista Driver for your model.

you might have to review the driver version of your wireless. try to check if there are updates that might fixed the bug. go to my computer, right click, manage, device manager, network adapters - under it move your mouse on top of the wireless, right click, properties, driver and check driver version and date. then go to your hp pavilion product support http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductList.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=432999&taskId=135
and look for new version of network wireless driver might have. let me know if this doesnt fix the problem.

uninstall the software look for updated compatable drivers,or once pc has started go to control panel select administrative tools , services , and scroll down to wzc(windows zero config)
select it and start it.close all box's and now you can use wifi using window based drivers(cos its the devices program(manager)that is incompatable not the actual device and the device is installed but its program disabled.

I found out how to fix the no sound problem on The HP Pavilion DV1000 Look under Dv1310 thats the model number the driver your looking for is SP30262.exe

As they say look in the control panel /system/Device Manager under the listing for PCMCIA Adapters. If the device listed is an O2 Micro controller or OZ6912, click "contact hp"
