If it is a HP 3200, here is the manual in PDF.

http://bizsupport.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/bpl08642/bpl08642.pdf

You can either change for an individual document or as the default. (See pp 123-127)

Good Luck,

You need to press the Copy Black button on the control panel rather than the Copy Color button. See page 5 of the HP manual:

The printing on the accompanying manual is too small for me to read. Where can I find one that is larger print.

You did not mentioned the model or device ..but ..my suggestion ..if it is a pdf file (digital ..on he computer or on a disk ) ..just use the magnifier scale on the adobe reader and enlarge it ..It is on the top bar in the middle ..and it shows percentage ...Just choose a larger one ...or ..if it is on paper..download an on line one ...(pdf ) and reprint it .or ..scan the one you have ..and print it larger..or ..just use a copier to copy it ..but set a larger format for the job ...(all copiers have a percentage scale for the enlarging a copy job ..

COPY KEY: MULTI
? If you are only making one copy of the original (or of each original)
and don't want to make a reduction or enlargement setting, press the
START/MEMORY key twice. Copying will begin.
? If you are only making one copy of the original (or of each original)
and want to make an enlargement or reduction setting, press the
START/MEMORY key and go to Step 5.

want to make multiple copies of each COPY/HELP
original.
The display will show:

LJ3200: Occasionally a copy is incomplete with the bottom of the page blank. I was unable to duplicate the problem while testing - about 50 copies. Samples provided showed the size of the blank area varies...

Unfortunately this is a common HP thing. it seems to happen to all HP printers made in the last 4 years.

I see this all the time, and then the next page is just fine, HP can give no reason why it does this.

Hi, When I get a paper jam I have to remove the back and get it out from there. See if that helps. Also in the manual there's page telling you how to get jammed paper out. Good Luck, Carol
