SOURCE: Intelliflo SVRS Pump not able to ramp up without help

These pumps are very sensitive. If you are pushing the on button and the pump trys to prime and then the alarm kicks on I would check the following:

Water level in pool
Make sure skimmer weir door are not stuck in up position

Most Likely Cause
Diffuser oring needs to be replaced on pump. Easy check - shut power off to pump: remove 6 bolts that hold seal plate together (2 on top and 2 on bottom of each side of seal plate with no nuts, and 2 in middle on each side of seal plate with nuts) do not remove bolts that mount motor to pump. Once 6 bolts are removed, grab motor and pull motor unit away from pump. You will see a cone at the end of the assembly with an oring on it. Make sure the oring is snug, if not replace. This is most likely what is causing your problem.

On the normal vs-3050, you need to reset the whole unit. You do this by holding all 4 speed buttons for 30 seconds. After thi, shut off the power at the breaker. let sit for 2 minutes. Restore power and all setting are reset. I cant find any information about the SVRS model, but it should work the same way.

SOURCE: I have intelliflo VS+SVRS pool

There is either something blocking the suction side of this pump (blocked valve, strainer, strainer basket, leaves on main drain.) or the pump is not getting primed in the aloted amount of time. You can increase the priming time on the pump, or manually prime it, or just turn off the svrs feature temporarily until you get a good prime again. If you need the manual to figure out how to do these things, here is the link.

How to wire a ge 15350 timer for two 120 circuits

1) Copy following links for GE 15350 timer single-pole single-throw 120Volt timer (Made by Tork, same as Tork 1101):
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#15306

2) Use following link to control one 120volt load
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/GE-15306-wiring-250.jpg

2) To control two 120Volt loads:
Use wiring illustration above.
2nd 120V load will have black and white wire, same as 1st 120V load..
Connect 2nd black wire to terminal 2.
Both wires must be same gauge and solid wire. Do not use stranded wire under screw-down plates.
Connect 2nd white wire to terminal X.
Except do not connect more than 2 wires to screw-down terminals. Instead join white wires with wire nut, and then add jumper that connects between wire nut and screw-down terminal.

Intelliflow pump shuts off consistently when I connect my Barracuda cleaner, at all pump speeds. Might run for five or ten minutes tops.

The Intelliflo SVRS will do this everytime. The SVRS part of the model indicates that it has a Safety Vacuum Release System integrated into the pump. This means that whenever the pump senses a change in the vacuum pressure (when you connect your barracuda this happens) the SVRS kicks in and shuts the pump down.
If you want to avoid this, you either need to disable the SVRS in the intelliflo menu, Or simply push the "quick clean" button and it will run constantly with no SVRS for 1 hour.
Below is the link for the manual on this pump, this will tell you how to disable the SVRS function if the 1 hour quick clean is not sufficient time to clean your pool

Pump will work manually when you turn it on but will not come on all the time with a intermatic time clock. no power light on speed light, timer is in on position, reach down press desired speed and start,...

This pump cannot work with a mechanical timer alone. You would need to use a pentair controller to use this in the fashion that you desire. The intellicomm P/N: 520641 is the cheapest way to accomplish this feature. However, if you have the intelliflo vs-3050 WITH SVRS then you simply need to program the timer to come on and off when you want it to. If you have only the VS-3050 with no SVRS , then you need the intellicomm module. Just incase you have the vs-3050 with SVRS, I will post the link for the manual so that you know how to program the timer. Any other questions, im @ [email protected]

Hello can i get the instuctions for tork timer model 1191 please?

According to Intermatic conversion chart, Tork 1191 is same as Tork 1101.

Link to 1101 .pdf
Link to Tork manuals

Tork 1101 is dial-type mechanical timer. Dark pins turn OFF. Light pins turn ON.

Clock motor is 120V
Hot black wire from breaker connects to pole L
Neutral white wire from breaker connects to pole X
Removable bridge connects poles L &1 together
If bridge is gone, Hot from breaker must also connect to pole 1
Black wire to Load connects to pole 2
White wire to Load connects to pole X

Timer can control 240V Load if removable bridge between poles L and 1 is taken out.
Timer clock is still 120V: so 120V Hot still connects to pole L and neutral from breaker connect to poles X
240 V circuit has two hot lines: Hot line 1 and Hot line 2
240 volt Hot line 1 from breaker connects to pole 1
240 volt Hot line 1 to load connects to pole 2
240V Hot line 2 goes directly to Load and does not connect to any pole

How do i wire my diehl 880 ?

1) Here is Diehl 880 instruction manual

2) Diehl 880 is 120V timer
-1/2 HP
-1000 Watt tungsten. Tungsten means incandescent light bulbs.

3) Checklist:
a) Your load does not exceed capacity > Timer is too lightweight to control 1500 toaster oven.
b) You need 120V line coming from breaker box with black Hot wire and white Neutral
c) You need 120V line going to Load that also has black and white wire
d) Test each black wire to ground to see which black wire is HOT

4) Deihl 880 sell sheet pdf says 880 is available SPST (single pole single throw) -or- SPDT (single pole double throw).
-The difference is pole #4 on the timer.
-If you are trying to turn one circuit off just as another circuit turns on, then you need the SPDT
-If you are turning one circuit on-and off, then the following instructions are for you

5609d99.jpg

5) Wire clock
-There are 5 poles > look for markings 1-thru-5
-If no marking, then poles 1&2 are probably spaced apart from other poles
-Connect Hot and Neutral wires to poles 1&2 >> this powers clock motor, they go on either pole

-Pole 4 not used

6) Wire timer
-Poles 3&5 are timer circuits
-Connect Hot line to pole 3
-Connect black wire going to Load to pole 5
-Connect white wire from Load to Neutral

Test 120V clock motor:
-Clock motor connects to two far right terminals. Black hot to pole M, White neutral to pole T.
-You should be able to hear clock motor running by putting ear against outside case.
-Clock motor will rotate wheel, if wheel is not rotating, then motor is not running.
