It seems OS got corrupted, the best option is to reinstall it, but before doing this, you should back up your data, since it can be done from this computer, you'll have to remove hard disk from it and with a IDE/SATA to USB converter connect your hard disk as a USB memory to another PC, in this way you could back up all your data files, when this part is done, you could wipe your hard disk and install the operating system of your choice.
You haven't said what you were doing when you got these messages. Regardless, it could be a virus and because of that, I would do the following:
Obtain a second hard drive to copy to; install it in the same machine. It does not need to be bootable. Download and burn (or have a friend do it for you) a bootable CD that includes NTFS file tools, such as The Ultimate Boot CD or BartPE. Boot from the CD, then use it to copy your important files from old hard drive to new one.
This method is preferable to installing this problem hard drive in another Windoze computer because if it is a virus, you could infect that computer too. If it's your friend's computer, they won't be your friend any more after you do that!
Once you have your files copied, remove the spare hard drive, format the original one (using the same boot CD if you like) and reinstall your operating system.
