Just plugging in the external mike into the jack should AUTOMATICALLY disconnect the internal mike.

How do i connect it? does it need a sound card to be connected? thanks..

The Roland DR-80C Microphone is an condenser microphone which requires phantom power or a 12V power supply.. Usually this is supplied by connecting the mic to a microphone preamp or an audio mixer that has an 12v mic/line input.

I cant get the receiver open to put the batteries in to the Digital Reference DR-2606

Your receiver runs on an external power adapter. I think you meant the hand held transmitter.
Hold the top metal mesh dome of the Mic and twist the lower casing anti clock wise. The Tubular cover will come off and you will see a battery compartment into which you can insert 2 AA cells.

Will phantom power damage my audio technica DR-VX1 microphones?

No it will not. The reason for the word phantom is that it does not affect microphones that don't need it (apart from some types of ribbon mics)

Open the unit and look for damage. If nothing is obviously wrong, the element probably has fatal damage.

Roland DR-30 Mic - how do you use it?

If the mic is a dynamic microphone, you would need a small mixer. The line input is a high level input and the mic level needs to be boosed. We here at Pro Line Music have small mixers 215-736-8055

What is debitor and creditor. what is accounting principales, how many types of accounting. give me example for tally problems.

Debtor owes you money. For example, your business sold a product to Mr Smith. Let us say he has 30 days to pay the money. So Mr Smith is called a Debtor to your business.
Creditor is someone whom your business owe money. Examples would be a bank from which you borrowed money, still not yet paid off
OR another business from which you purchased something, not paid the invoice it.
You need a Basic Book keeping book (Grab one from a High School student) to learn these. Also have a look at this website to learn some accounting terminology.

You will find many others on the web.
Hope this is helpful to you. Best of luck.

Dr-gx1 mocrophone not picking up sound

From what I can find it doesn't require a power supply. You might have a problem with your adapter. When going from balanced XLR connectors to unbalanced connectors you have to make sure of the proper connections.Theres a good explanation at http://recordingengineering.suite101.com/article.cfm/wire_a_balanced_micro

DR-VX1, No sound comes out, fresh out of the box

There is a setting on your computer that will give you a Mic boost. Here is how you set it. Double click on the little speaker icon on your taskbar at the bottom right of your screen. The volume control window will open. Click on options then properties. Next check the small round recording button. Now make sure the microphone box is checked then click ok. Now a window will open that will show your microphone recording level. You can turn that recording level up using that slider. To give your Mic a boost click on the Advanced button at the bottom of the Recording Control Window. Then at the bottom of the next Window check the Mic Boost box. This should give your Mic a little more kick and you can lower the mic recording level using the slider if your recordings become distorted.. Good luck with this and I hope I have been helpful.
