MP3 will not turn on

SanDisk 2GB, Black, serial # BEO804AOVK-2GB worked fine till bedtime. In the morning, it would not turn on. I recharged it as usual, even though the battery at night had been 1/2 to 3/4 charged. Player would not light up and will not come on by switch or when connected to computer. Please help!

The next thing you can do is just remove the battery from your player and then connect the usb cable to the player and the pc.If the player turns on then problem is with the battery.Just try putting the battery back and see if it turns on.IF it doesn't then you will have to replace it with a new battery.

Sansa Clip won't turn off right? push up power button and hold it for 10 to 20 second, your device will turn off now.
After that, you should update your new firmware from sandisk forum, you should check Sansa Clip or Sansa Clip+ from the following web,

Good luck

Sandisk does not list them for sale on their website, but you can call them and order one. Just have your model # and serial number ready. 1-866-SANDISK

SanDisk Sansa c200 2Gb won't turn on

Some recent Windows updates have caused problems as severe as this on many mp3 players regardles of manufacturer (the iPod has been immune because it is not Windows-based). If you have either Windows Vista or Windows Media Player 11, which are the latest versions, then perform a firmware update on your Sansa player by going to the Sansa website and getting the firmware updater:

u have to wait till the screen will be black. I had the same problem with my sansa. it can lasts 1 or 2 days. after screen is black and then do following: 2. change lock switch to orange position 3. Press and hold rec button (at left side) 4. while pressing the rec button, turn the player on 5. it will appear the boot menu. connect the USB cable and try to continue the firmware 6. if it doesn't work, do a firmware downgrade. download this file: http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/Downloads/firmware/e200fw01.00.12.exe 7. execute the application while in boot mode good luck darek
