In some cases when you try to upgrade Skype from an earlier version to a newer version you may get the error message: "The Older version of Skype cannot be removed. Please contact your technical Support Group".
The error 1603 occurs during the process of uninstallation of the previous Skype version in case Skype is not able to find the cached PluginManager.msi file on your system.
First solution:
* Download and install Windows Installer CleanUp Utility from Microsoft site.
* Run the utility and remove "Skype Plugin Manager"
* Delete Skype\Plugin Manager folder manually. It is usually under folder C:\Program Files\Skype
* Install Skype 3.5.

Second Solution:
* Download the archive from:https://developer.sk...staller_fix.zip
* Unpack it to some folder. Make sure PluginManager.msi is located in same folder as fix.bat
* Run fix.bat Wait until the process is finished before proceeding
* Download version 3.5 and install it.

Hi, The best thing to do is remove both Skype & your camera-Display system then everything is uninstalled restart your PC once everything has restarted install your camera operating system restart your PC again, now install Skype restart PC again, now all should work perfectly. Fatal error during installation

First u must make sure to close and exit all the applications that are using the resource of JDK.
Method 1: disable the auto load of JDK on machine start up from System Configuration Utility. Then reboot and try to uninstall again from the Add or Remove Programs.
Method 2: reinstall JDK and immediately uninstall it after the installation done. Or maybe u will found the uninstall function during the JDK setup.
Method 3: can try to use the cleaner software like CCleaner to uninstall the JDK application.

Can't boot windows xp

it sounds like the easiest solution would to either run the repair sequence from a windows xp disk (may not be a perminant fix) if that doesent work just use the xp disk to format the drive and install a new operating system
