Hii, im in need of help to a related problem! i have a presentation on wednesday and i need my laptop running :(. My laptops is veryyyyyy dim i hardly can see anything! i though the backlight has gone, but...

It seems like more of a hardware issue to me, because if you are saying that after removing battery and power cable when you press the power button for 1 minute it works fine.. then its an issue with the computer getting static in it. But if you want then i can try to take the remote access of the computer once and see if its due to any other setting or not. You can catch me at and chat with us live over there.

Im getting the cec_main.exe reinstall and my windows keeps 'unexpectedly shutting down' even when my computer is shutdown its powers on and just repeatedly does this and ive sent the 'problems' to windows...

Have you scanned your computer? cec_main.exe is a windows component that detects computer errors. BUT!!!! this component might be a malware. These windows component are often copied by malwares so they cannot be detected as viruses. First thing you need to do is run a virus scan and get rid of that error...

Computer wont stay on once power button is pushed

yes unfortunately with this series of laptops it is VERY common for the motherboard to fail because of something called an NVIDIA chipset so if you are not hearing any fans or hard drive activity for more than 3 to 5 sec than im sorry to say that this is what it is but you can however get new motherboards on ebay for a fair price! i am sorry and i wish you the best of luck.

Sony cybershot DSC-W35 camera

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Need to replace/repair A.C. on 1999 GTI 2.0 liter.

while you can do this your self it is best to have a pro do it. for one you need EPA certificates to do this legally. second there are many precautions you have to take to keep the system from being contaminated. i know its a lot of money and im sorry but this is one job i would have to just eat the cost on it. im sorry
