Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
Additionally, if the Notebook still doesnot respond when tried to start, I recommend you to check if the Notebook is eligible for the free repair program offered by HP if the Notebook is purchased and currently available in US or Canada.
You can get the list of Notebooks wich are covered under this free repair program from the link below :
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=c01300427
You need to find the Product Number of the Notebook which will be available printed at the bottom of the Notebook indicated with P/N and try finding the same among the list available in the link above.
If your Notebook product Number is listed in the above link, contact HP Chat Support and get the Notebook fixed through mail in repair offered by HP.
You can find additional information about this free repair offered by HP from the link below :

Hope this helps...

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
