- i have the same problem. did you find a solution? i found on the Jabra website that you hold the answer button until the blue light comes on without flashing (about 5-7 seconds). then, you go into the bluetooth settings on the iphone and it should connect. my problem is that the headset has been located but only contiunes to try to connect but never does. if it asks for a password it is supposed to be 0000 (four zeros). - i43reasons
