Question about SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player
Hi anybody who'll help me
I have a 1GB Sansa Express mp3 player.
i plug my sansa player into the computer, it shows that a new hardware was conected but then i go to My Computer, click on my mp3 player drive and it says "Please insert a disk into drive (E:)."
And another thing, when i disconnect it from the computer i hold down the menu button so it turns on, (it's recommended in the manuel) but lately when i hold it down the menu button, all that comes up on the screen is "SanDisk", and then it just shuts off. and i know for a fact my internal battery isn't dead cause i only bought the mp3 player last month.
sansa express 1 gig
I downloaded and reinstalled the latest version of media player form windows. problem solved. thanks anyway.
