Question about Sharp AR-M160 Laser Printer
The repair guy was here servicing the machine and told me that it was a chip communication error. Is this true? If it is, how can I fix it? Does it mean I have a faulty toner cartridge? I put the old toner cartridge in and it is working fine.
If the toner is faulty, how can I prove to the person who sold it to me that the cartridge is bad?
The cartridge is faulty, in most cases not a genuine cartridge. If the copier works with the old one that means the "new" cartridge in defective.
If you brought a original Sharp cartridge you should return that and ask for a new one.
