Generic problem for all LG Monitors
22" flatron (W2252TQ) Monitor Will not stay on...

I have two problems.
I was trying to adjust the settings through the computer with the software that came with the monitor and I hit one of the settings which made the monitor blank out and it won't stay on after the windows logon at initial startup. How can I make the monitor go back to its original settings if it won't stay on anymore.
When the monitor was first installed, it worked great except that it balnked out for a few seconds every so often and then would come back on.

ApprenticeHi, Ive just brought a LG Flatron W2252 TQ i installed the drivers that came with it pressed the autosetup button and hey presto all working fine in 1680 X 1050. My problems are when i switch the monitor off then on it takes ages to come on like 1 minute and the same when i exit a game it takes about 1 minute to display the desktop. I am running Windows XP with a AMD X2 6400 CPU 4 GIGS OCZ DDR 2 800MHZ RAM AND A MSI RADEON
RX3870-T2D512E-OC GRAPHICS CARD. Im using a DVI to DVI cable for conection.
Everything was working fine with my old 19" TFT Viewsonic Monitor please help thanks in advance.

WizReboot the computer and start in safe mode.(Press F8 at start-up in WIN XP).Change display resolution to 800><600 and restart in normal mode.
Your original problem must be monitor hardware related ie some loose connection or dry solder on invertor /power board inside the monitor.
Please provide feedback and rate the solution.
