Tray App msi repair

When you get the error for missing trayapp.Download full feature software and drivers from hp.com. After extracting the downloaded file. Go to your my document's folder. Click tools, go to folder options and make sure to enable "show hidden folders". On the missing trayapp error message, click browse, go to my computer, go to disk drive C:, go to user and document settings, open the folder that has your login name, look for application data > local > temp > open a folder named 7z345 or any folder that has 7z for a file name.. open setup > open trayapp > then click trayapp.msi and click open.. a long process but that should solve your missing trayapp problem.. if you need help, i suggest you call hp

At start it tells me can't initilize the aspi manager

You may get this error if you install Windows Media Player 7.x after installing MyDVD. Some Media Player installations appear to erase part of the MyDVD installation. If this happens, re-install MyDVD.

uninstall whatever cd authoring program you have, roxio, sonic etc. then reinstall with disc or application recovery

I have an HP Pavilion a1510n it is giving an error message that it is missing EZAR.msi

folow these instructions hopefuy this works

start > all programs > HP Application Recovery

When the Application Recovery console comes up, Choose Application Installation then click NEXT.

When the list comes up, highlight Roxio DigitalMedia Archive by clicking on it, then click the "Install" button.

It will re-install Digital Media Archive, and fix your EZARC.msi search issue.

Mydvd for canon provided with DC40 will not load on my new computer

What is the software for the printer? I suggest you go to the Canon support site and download the latest version for the Windows you have, 7 or later is not compatible with older Windows systems like XP and down.

Adobe installation

Hooray! Found the solution. Seems the problem is you must have the Adobe Reader 7.0.9 installer on your system to be able to install 8.1.1. You can d/l version 7.0.9 (which includes the installer) here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/read...llversions.html
Install the whole thing, then you should be able to install your 8.1.1, which will remove the 7.0.9 version in the process, but will use its installer.
