Check the back of the computer, you will find an array of two or three small jack sockets, same as the headphone ones. Plug the computer speakers jack into the green boarded socket.
Majority of speakers also require connection to power.

When connecting my weatinghouse flat screen to my emachine pc, tv screen says invalid format. Is there a way to change format?

Is the format refering to a file you are trying to play? If so, convert the file. It may be a resolution issue on the Computer? How are you connecting? HDMI? Do you see any thing other than the error message?

How do i enable wireless in my emachine desktop computer?

You didn't provide the Model of the eMachine or the OS. So a general procedure , if you have a Wireless Adapter, Look in the Tray Notification Area for the Network icon, right click, open Network and Sharing Center, open Change adapter settings, Is there a wireless adapter listed? Is it enabled? Do you have "Fn" keys the turn the wireless on and off? In your user/setup manual it should have all the info. Post the Model of the machine and we can be more presise.

How do i hookup logitech speakers #z313 to my emachine e202hl

The manual for your speakers can be found at http://www.logitech.com/repository/1411/pdf/27251.1.0.pdf. The Speakers should be conected to your computer as opposed to the moniter. Disconect the small wire from the moniter to the computer and insert the plug from the speakers where it came from.

Would emachine speakers be compatible to an acer aspire tower?

Any computer speakers should be compatible with any modern computer provided they use the standard 3.5mm jack (This is the same jack as common headphones for ipod or similar devices).

Just bought a new emachine computer with speakers, but the speakers do not work. They are plugged in and still no sound, volume set. ?????

Windows has a habit of muting the sound. Please click open the Volume icon from the right bottom corner of the screen. It is shaped like a big speaker. Unmute everything to get sound from the speakers.

I just bought the eMachine ET1831-07. I plugged

Hi

Thank you for your query

The sound issue could be down to several issues

Please try the following

1) Ensure that the speakers are plugged into the right port the port at the back of the Pc will be a light green colour and on closer inspection will have this symbol >))

2) If it is in the right port click on the following Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices. In here ensure that the volume is not muted

I believe 1 of these 2 should cure the problem

If this has been useful please leave positive feedback/vote/testimonial - Thank you again

When I turn on my emachine desktop model#T6520 the screen jumps.

try downloading the current video driver for your computer. As to the speakers, look at the wires coming out of them. One should go to the computer as you've discovered. Is there another one or a jack on the speaker that's not doing anything?

Emachine computer no sound at all

Built in pc speakers are just for error beeps etc. You most likely have on-board sound. I would try getting a sound card (with drivers) Put it in a free pci slot & connect your speakers to it. :)
