i had some troule with lint (odd i know) getting stuck where the vibrate moto spings, press the button to release the battery cover, take that off, then continue to press the button to the battery cover and try to slide the top half of the back up, it should come off, just like the battery cover, this will expose the whole back of the phone, the vibrating thing is near the top left
mine glitched like this, i would backup
contacts (save PIM.VOL file onto storage card) and master reset the
phone by hold the center key and the power, then follow onscreen
