I have those shoes! They're awesome, and they are indeed machine washable. Just wash them on a delicate cycle, by themselves. DO NOT dry them. Leave them somewhere warm to dry, like next to a radiator or heater. If you don't have a suitable location, I'd put them in the dryer on low heat for a short period of time (20 minutes), but be careful.

How to remove the smell from wet carpet

Although the article at the link shown gives suggestions, in my experience unfortunately the pad underneath the carpet may also be wet and develop a smell from mildew, and need to be replaced with a new pad as well. This may be an insurance item on your home insurance, but that depends.

Home Deport sells an inexpensive pump that sits on top of an orange cylindrical container that can be used for hours of labor to try to vacuum up the moister.

I'm guessing it's a mildew smell, if it is try setting the machine with nothing in it and use some Affresh once a month, you never know it might solve the other problem too.

Wet clothes after spin cycle and bad mildew smell. I have seen many complaints about mildew smell with He3 & He4 well really frnt loaders in general. The bad mold is so gross and the smell is horrible.

Clean tub boot the best you can with bleach. Then run an empty load with sunlight automatic dish soap (verry little). Then this should clean and freshin the washer up. The best thing to do is not to shut the door on washer when not in use.

Mildew inside bellow.

is this a question? I will assume that you are saying that there is mildew growing below something, possibly the drum, inside the washer. The only way to definately get it out is disassembly and thorough cleaning. Check your discharge hoses to make sure they are not clogged, leaving water in the washer rather than discharging all of it. If you want to kill the mildew/smell, run an empty load or just some rags but throw a cup or two of bleach in the washer. The chlorine will kill the mildew growths. Run a rinse cycle or two before your next load of darks to get the chlorine out (especially if you are having a discharge problem) so you don't inadvertantly bleach your clothes.

Mildew smell on cloths

The brand of your front loader is not that material on this issue. What is happening is that your old top load washer may have used as much as 45 gallons of water per cycle, while some front loaders use as little as 12. Because of the low water use, you must cut back on the additives you are using. Use only 1 tablespoon of HE detergent (even less if 2x or 3x detergent) per load. If you use fabric softener, use only 1 teaspoon per load. Odor on clothes after wash is indicating that the detergent and or softener has not been fully rinsed out. If you throw a load of washed towels into your machine and start a cycle without any soap, then stop the cycle, you should not see any suds. If you do, there is obviously soap left in the clothes. With bath towels, the towels are used to absorb clean water off a clean body. They do not need soap when you wash them, and never use fabric softener on towels.
If your washer is a LG WM-1832 it has a assessable filter behind the access door on the lower left front of the machine. Clean that out first, and if it has a tub clean or sanitary cycle use that cycle (if not, use hottest longest cycle available) with 3 Affresh tablets or use whirlaway to clean out the washer outer tub (the not visible tub that holds the water). You might want to use another cycle like that with bleach to head off mold or mildew growth. Use of proper amount of detergent and fabric softener should really help the clothes odor issue from then on. Also check the tub seal at the bottom of the door area to clean out any lint from drain hole areas to help prevent water from remaining in the tub seal area.

Clothes/towels smell like mildew

Front load washers are so tight ( to seal in water ) that they tend to leave water in door gaskets and other places.. This water gets stagnant and can build up mildew etc..Home depot and other home goods stores sells a product called AFRESH and you use it about once a month ( with no clothes in washer).. It does help a bit..
Other techniques you can try would be to wipe down the gasket around the door opening after a wash is complete and to leave the door open between washes to let it air dry.. You should be using HE type laundry detergent and very little of it ( sveral drops is enough per load)..

hope that helps you...

Does not spin all the way & Mildew smell

You can poor bleach in it and let sit for a while. For your spin problem you may have a slipping clutch and dragging brake shoes. Will need to take apart to fix.
