Error message C:13:02 (by 3 users)

I dropped my camera the other day, and the disc came out of place. When I replaced it there was an error message saying the disc was unrecordable. I replaced the disc and it worked fine for a few days. Now it gives error message C:13:02, "The disc may be dirty or have scratches on it." When I hit record it says "Disc error. Unsupported format." It's worked several times since being dropped. Any ideas?
