You can't. The M415 won't read the 4GB card. Your best bet is to plug the card into a card reader connected to your computer. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files.
Think of trying HP website? Here is a link to the camera manual, as for the printer...hmmm, no model #, I'm sure that you can find it fro here though. Copy this line into your address bar:
If you have the USB cable that came with the camera, simply plug it in and your computer should detect the camera, open your photo printing wizard and download the pictures for you. Your camera doesn't come with a memory card, but you can buy one and use it, and they are very reliable and inexpesive (relatively), if your computer has an SC card reader. Your camera takes a very standard type card, called a secure digital, but identified in stores as: "SD," card or, "SD Memory Card." It will only read one that is up to 1Gb or less, so I would get a 1Gb card and maybe another for back up (extra pictures for instance while on vacation). You should be able to hold plenty of pictures on two 1Gb memory cards. If your computer doesn't have the SD card reader, you can buy an adaptor to allow you to plug it into your computer via USB port, or use the camera's USB cable to read it. If you need more specific instructions or run into another snag, please let us know. If you don't have it, your Owner's Manual is available from HP: CLICK HERE.
I did some checking around for your camera.

I would buy a new camera. It would cost more to get the camera fixed than what it's worth.
