QB Premier 2008 full version w/database installed on HP DL380 server.
Two licensed users; on LAN with server and other 500 mi away remoting in by VPN/RDP.
The remote user for the most part connects okay but maybe 2-3 times per week will not connect and message states QB is in single-user mode.
Local user on LAN has full version installed on PC w/database pointing to the server. Frequently gets message system is in single-user mode. At the server File / Utilities it states multi-user mode.
