My motorola 755 cell phone

my motorola 755 cell phone just shuts down. Does not matter if I have it in a pocket, purse or lying on a table, it simply shuts down. Not "powers down" with the sounds and music and stuff, its just DEAD. New phone. Frustrating!

- I'm having the same problem with my Moto 755! I was pissed because I use my phone as an alarm clock (I start work at 2AM), and the other morning not only did I miss my alarm but missed my boss calling me as well! I've been careful to set other alarms now, but I still notice that my phone shuts down randomly, even though the battery has a full charge.- Guest
