  1. Hold down the stop button for 8-10 seconds or until you hear the faint beeping sound.
  2. Press button to program when you get the correct level press stop button.
  3. On some models you have to hold the button until you get the correct level then release.
  4. When you are done programming press stop button a second time to exit program mode.

When I press the espresso button instead of esspreso makes a long coffe .I must ad I descaled it yesterday .

You may have accidentally changed the amount setting for your espresso shot when resetting the descale counter.

If you lost the manual you can find one here.
http://www.gaggia-usa.com/support_docs/Gaggia_Brera_Quickstart_Guide.pdf

On page 11 (with the printed number 31) you find how to change these settings:

• Place a cup under the dispensing spout.
• Hold the "espresso size" button pressed for 5 seconds to enter the programming mode; the "coffee" icon will blink quickly and the coffee will start to be brewed; the icon will flash during the whole coffee brewing cycle.
• Press the same "espresso size" button again when the amount of coffee in the cup reaches the desired level.
At this point the button "espresso size" is programmed; each time it is pressed and released, the machine will brew the same amount of coffee that was just programmed.
The same operation can be repeated for the "Lungo size" button.

How do I reprogram my platinum Keurig so it does not shut off

With unit powered on, Select Menu button, scroll down, and turn "auto off" to off selection. Cup size is selected after you put K Cup in. The display should flash on a default (1 of 5) cup sizes. You can manually change to the size you want. Alternatively, you can select the Menu button and change the default cup size (same process as stated above).

I have a problem with my nova simonelli aurora v. i can't reprogram the coffe size, eaven i use the instruction that request the continous cup in group 1 to be pressed for 5 sec (i press it eaven long

First thing I would do is try to program from another keypad (I am assuming you have a 2 or 3 group machine), it is possible that there is a problem with that keypad or flowmeter. If you cannot get into program mode using another keypad.

Hi. When I try to make a large cup of coffee, the machine makes more like a medium size cup. What can I do to fix that and get a true large cup? Thanks.

Hi!
When making a cup of coffee hold the button in until the coffee reaches the height you want then release button. You can set the 3 sizes in this manner

When we push the option Large Coffee instead of giving us a large cup it gives us a small cup and strong. We push the small coffee and also get a small cup. What can we do to fix it?

HI
It needs to be reprogramed. If some one holds a coffee button down to long it will reset itself back to small coffee.
Push and hold the button for the coffee you want, but hold it all the way through the process. Don't release the button until you get the amount of coffee you want for that button, then release the button. That should get you the same amount next time. You can do this for each coffee button.
If that doesn't fix it, then you might need a new flow meter.

My palazzo only works when i press the button for expresso?it doesnt work when i push the button for the bigger cup ?

HI
If it works for espresso, but it doesn't work for the large cup, try holding the large cup button down and keep it down. Let it go through the grind, the clicking, and if it starts to dispense coffee , still don't release it until you have the desired amount in your cup. Then release it.
If one of the coffee buttons is held down for 3 seconds or more and then released, the water program goes back to zero. No water. You have to reprogram the button like we did above.
