What you can do is...
1... hold down the two soft keys at the top. (don't let go)
2...then take the stylus pen and stick it in the reset hole (underneath the volume. It's very small so you can miss it.)
You must now hold them at the same time.
4.Then take the stylus out and a message should appear "This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacture default. Press send to restore to manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.
5...At this point you would push the talk button and the phone is brand new again. you just have to wait about 5 mins for the phone to load again.
Here is it put an easier way... Hold down the two identical keys with your right hand at the same time. (Use your middle finger for the right button and your index for the left.) Then put the stylus in the hole on the left side of the phone wait for it to shut off then remove stylus with your fingers still on the buttons. Then wait for message then hit green talk button and your all set to go!
Tap the "Start" button, followed by
"Settings."
Tap "Security" or "Personal
tab," followed by "Device Lock" or "Lock."
Enter your
existing password when prompted.
Enter the default password in the
"Password" box. Refer to your phone's user's manual to retrieve the
default code. The most common default codes are "1234,"
"0000" or the last four digits of your cell phone number.
Re-enter the default password again to confirm
your entry, and then create a hint to help you retrieve the password in the
future in case you forget it.
Tap the "OK" button to complete
the process.
Hard Reset
Tap the
"Start" button, followed by "Settings."
Tap "Security"
and click the "System" tab.
Locate and click
"Clear Storage."
Enter the security code
when prompted.
Tap "OK" to
confirm your decision to perform a hard reset. Wait for the phone to restart.
