Question about RCA HD52W59 HDTV Projection Television
This denotes a power supply problem. It could be as simple as a blown fuse or as complex as a problem in your horizontal drive section of your TV causing the shutdown circuit to activate. I would suggest that first you unplug the TV and do a visual inspection to see if you can see any blown fuses in the TV. If not then put the rear TV cover back on and then take the TV to a qualified TV repair shop to have them take a look at it, and repair it.
I say this because this section of the TV requires certain equipment to troubleshoot and repair problems.
