My pure mist free won't stay on after I turn it on.water is full. It's fully charged

Record which blue lights are flashing.
Let the device sit for a few minutes and then turn it back on.
If it still doesn't turn on, turn the device upside down over a sink to drain out any water that may have escaped to the base.
Ensure you use Mypurmist ultrapure sterile water (do not overfill) and try turning the device on again.
If the problem persists, please visit the Support page for further assistance. I list the link at the bottom of this reply.

No Response When Pressing the Power Button:

Check that the power cord is properly inserted into the *********** supply box and connected to a working outlet.
Look for a green light on the power supply box; if present, the device should work.
If not, please seek additional support on the Support page.

Device Doesn't Turn On (No Lights):
Plug in the charger and charge the device. It won't work while charging.
If the device still doesn't turn on, ensure it's fully charged after approximately 2 hours.
The red light will turn to green when fully charged.
Water Dripping from the Bottom:
It appears the device may have been overfilled.
Turn the device upside down over a sink to drain any excess water.
Refill with Mypurmist ultrapure sterile water (do not overfill) and turn the device on.

Premature Red Light:

Sometimes the red light may come on prematurely.
Adjust the water level (add water) or reset the device.
Avoid refrigerating the water used in the device.
Red Flashing Light on the Back:
The device has detected impurities in the water and won't turn on to prevent damage.
Only use Mypurmist ultrapure sterile water for optimal performance.
If incorrect water is used, please seek support on the Support page.

Steady Red Light on the Back (Full Reservoir):

If the reservoir is completely full of water, the device is functioning as expected.
The red light indicates that the water needs to be refilled after a session.
The fan will run for 10 minutes after turning off the device to dry internal parts.

It doesn't seem to keep the charge. does that mean I need a new charger or a new headset?

Sounds like the battery is not holding its charge.......you can rejuvenate the battery by fully charging and then fully draining til it goes off either by leaving on or using! Doing this a few times will allow the battery to fully charge and hold the charge better!

How to pair a ROMAN R6250 Mini Wireless Bluetooth Headset Earphone Headphone to an iPhone 5S

1. Charge the headset:Headset is charged via USB cable, the light will be red when charging. When the battery is fully charged (about 2-3 hours), the red light of the headset will turn off automatically or the red light turns blue.
2. Turn on the headset:Press the on / talk button on the headset for about 5 seconds until the blue and red flashes alternately (or blue flashes or the blue lights all the time ), now the headset is ready to be connected to the iPhone.
3. Go to Settings, and tap Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth.
iPhone will automatically start searching for Bluetooth devices. Tap the device in the Devices list, then follow the onscreen instructions to connect to it. After matching successfully, the blue light on the headset will flash twice per time.
4. Call: when you finish all the above steps, you are going to talk via the Bluetooth headset. When there is incoming call, press the on / talk button, you can talk with Bluetooth headset, when you want to end the call, press the on / talk button, you can end the call.
5. Turn off the headset: Press the on / talk button for 5 seconds until the red light of the headset flashes quickly for twice, then release the button, the headset will be turned off.

My laptop pavilion dv7 window 7 core i5 stops starting on fir any reason and when I plug it on ac there is a blue which appears and if I press the power button this light becomes orange and the laptop does...

I take it is the HP Pavilion
try to charge the laptop for a couple of hours without switching it on, it might be the battery is completely drained.
the light will change to orange to let you know it is charging, when fully charged it should change to blue and stay blue until you remove charger. you should try to use the your laptop with the charger adapter connected at all times when it easy to do so. I do hope this helps.

I can't connect with my phone

Please follow the detailed instructions below for the proper pairing of the headset with your phone.

CHARGING

Before using, you must first charge your headset.
20 minutes = minimum charge
2 hours = full charge
Light is solid red when battery is charging.
NOTE For the best user experience, keep your headset fully charged.
CAUTION Do not use headset while charging and do not connect the charger while the headset is in use.

POWERING
Press the control button for 2 seconds to power on. Press the control button for 3 seconds to power off.

PAIRING
Step One:
Prepare Phone- Turn on Bluetooth For most phones, go to Settings/Tools menu and select Bluetooth or Connectivity and select "On."
Step Two:
Prepare Headset- Pairing Mode Begin with headset turned off. Turn headset on (hold call control button for four seconds until the light flashes blue) and it will automatically go into pairing mode, flashing red and blue.
Step Three:
Pairing- Add Headset to Phone For most phones, go to Settings/Tools
> Bluetooth > Search or Add a Device, then Select "220Plantronics." For passkey enter
0000. Headset will flash blue when paired successfully. It is now powered on and ready to use.

NOTE: Normally you only need to pair the headset and handset once. If headset has been previously paired with another device, follow pairing instructions below.

If headset has been previously paired with another device, please follow these instructions for pairing a second time. Be sure the headset is fully charged.

Begin with headset turned off.
1. Press and hold down the call control button for 8 seconds until the headset status
indicator begins to flash blue then red.The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 120 seconds.
2. While the headset is flashing, use the phone menu to search for Bluetooth devices and select "220Plantronics."
3. When prompted for a passkey, enter 0000. Headset will flash blue when paired successfully.

NOTE: The headset can pair to multiple Bluetooth devices, but will only connect to one device at a time. The headset will automatically connect to the last device to which it was connected.

My droid 2 is not recognizing the motorola hs820 bluetooth device; I have no info on how to set the hs820 to pair

I think I can help here:
Make sure your headset and phone are charged before doing anything else. The blue light on your headset will come on when it is charging, and will shut off when fully charged.
To put your headset in pairing mode, make sure it is completely off first (no blinking blue light). Then hold down the Call button for 6-10 seconds until the blue light stays on. (It will likely flash once and shut off, but keep holding until it is all the way on and stays there!)
From there, go into the settings on your Droid 2 and access the bluetooth connections. Do a new scan for your headset if you don't see it listed, pair, and connect!

On a vector jump start system, does the green light have to stay on to indicate that is charged> what if only the 2-3 red light go on when i press the test button?, when the green is flashing while...

2 - 3 red lights indicate not fully charged. Green light = fully charged.

Not fully charged does not mean it will not function. For best results, your device should be fully charged. If you have an emergency and are not fully charged, it will not hurt to try to help with a partial charged device IMHO
