1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Go into the BIOS and in Startup change the DVD/CD drive as the first boot device, then the laptop will boot up with the recovery disk. Make sure the recovery disk is in the DVD/CD drive before you booy up your laptop.

check booy settings in bios...try to set primary boot device

That means it cannot find a system folder to start from, booy from a system disk and run the disk utility, get back to me if you need more help.

hold the F8 button during startup, and look for 'Repair my computer'. Follow that and go for 'restore to factory settings' (or similar).
If you don't have that option, you'll need to buy a windows disk and boot off that for a windows reinstall.

Call microsoft support central, they will give you a new key, but do not do any illegal work with it ....

I would suggest using a recovery disk, but if you need the data off of it I would take it to the a repair shop.
