This error usually occurs when there is a trojan or virus or malware infection on your computer. This error code in particular refers to mis-configured system files and a corrupt registry. Scan your computer for viruses and malware, etc. then go to Windows update and install all updates you may need. If you still have your Windows disc or the disc that came with your pc you could use it to repair your operating system files and registry. If you had a recent install of a program or uninstall, you could your system restore to revert your pc back to before you started getting this message. Without knowing what exactly occurred right before this error message popped up it's hard to give proper help.

If not, then make sure you're registering with the correct information. If you're registering with an email address then check it and see if there is a confirmation email. If not then make sure you're typing everything correctly.
Most programs written for Windows XP also work in this version of Windows, but some older programs might run poorly or not at all. If an older program doesn't run correctly, use the Program Compatibility Wizard to simulate the behavior of earlier versions of Windows.
Open the Program Compatibility Wizard by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Use an older program with this version of Windows. NoteTo find out if your programs (or programs you plan to buy) are compatible with Windows Vista, go online to the Windows Vista Compatibility Center. This website contains a comprehensive list of programs, computers, and devices that have been tested to work with Windows Vista.
Turn off the, or better yet uninstall, the Acer Screensaver. Something you installed, possibly a screensaver program? has corrupted the Acer screensaver causing that error message. That add-on screensaver is notoriously buggy anyway.
